I had actually thought that the article was au courant; in the 'Application' section, it describes the state of play (official intention to join, parliamentary debate started this week). Can you elaborate on what updates you think that the article is missing, please? In the absence of anything concrete, I am minded to remove the template, because I actually don't think there's anything to be done to bring it more up to date.
