My accounts are User:MrTallBoy , User:Protais1 and User:Protais123 . The technical reason I have many accounts is, I started editing with User:MrTallBoy in August 2021 I was having to train new volunteers in my community publicly and due to my privacy I created new account to use in public which is User:Protais1 . I did many edit-athons in that short period of time and in November 2021 during Edit-athon I faced Ip address range block so to continue with public training it took me the creating of a new account which is User:Protais123 . After those situations I tried to manage the use of all accounts properly but here we are. I request to be unblocked because I understand the mistakes to which I will not do again. Request reason:

My edits merit block because I have been crossing borders of community open tasks with multiple accounts, like where I moved some articles from draft space into article space. After reading the open tasks of Wikipedia editors on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Community_portal/Open_tasks I regret that I have been violating rules, I apologize to the people I offended and I am asking second chance because now I know my mistakes, I aim to learn from them and do constructive edits by following community open tasks.

The facts regarding my unblock requests and anything I mentioned here are listed below:

1. 2. I mentioned that I created the third account ( user:Protais123 ) on November 10, 2021 due to Ip block, I first apologize that I did not manage to handle the Ip block properly so it led to creating of new account, we were in edit-a-thon of WIKIGAP 2021 KIGALI and I was also helping with training new editors. 3. After the block I have created another account (User: Uwayezu protais ) on November 7 which caused block evasion, I apologise for this because it happened after I tried to reach out to an admin who blocked me through email with the request to be unblocked so that I can perform the activity I was planned to but sadly he/she did not accept, I was planned to train new editors in ongoing campaign named 'Africa Youth Month 2022’. I deeply apologise to this because I had not thought about other alternatives like assigning that task to other volunteers rather than creating a new account.

Dear Dreamy, I regret to have misunderstood how to appeal a block for sockpuppetry. Being my first time, like where I had wrongly appealed on other account that was indicted. I direly appeal to your understanding that I never had any of these accounts to my advantage but for the sake of the local community in Rwanda I introduced Wikipedia. We all learn every day. I am a human and I am identifiable on my Meta. The network issue in Rwanda as a developing country and my ignorance of sockpuppetry made it very easy for me to think reopening multiple accounts to keep editing was any good. If I intended evil against the work being done here, I would not have used similar names. Enthusiasm sold me out. Your statement that this happened because I was not having any other choice regarding the creation of Uwayezu Protais is not sufficient to address the concerns. You could have asked another volunteer take the session(s) on or just help specific to editing the English Wikipedia. If an admin feels an unblock is appropriate consider me supporting such an unblock. I would recommend that any unblock be a conditional unblock that limits this person to using one account and potentially also to disclose any conflicts of interest, and that I would recommend that the conditions be made indefinite. Thank you Yamla on the feedback, but through all above texts I tried to clarify the concerns of my block which all were not my intention, I have given the facts and apologized to everyone, and I aimed to follow the Wikipedia policies and guidelines than before because now I know more. If you did not go through the feedback from admin Dreamy on this page please do, I confidently feel like I deserve what he/she said. I much more prefer conditional unblock than WP:SO because this block has been affecting negatively most of community works, like in November it slightly affected the implementation of Africa Youth Month campaign in Rwanda dashboard, right now it is also affecting indirectly the running of Wiki Loves Women campaign in RWanda Dashboard, and soon others are coming. So, feel me when I push on appeal because I am afraid that it will affect more Wikimedia activities, campaigns/projects if block last longer. As I said in my appeal, we all learn every day, I am a human, and I am identifiable on my Meta. The network issue in Rwanda as a developing country and my ignorance of sockpuppetry made it very easy for me to think reopening multiple accounts to keep editing was any good. I suggested that you follow the WP:SO procedure, which means waiting 6 months before making another request. You are encouraged to make contributions to other Wikimedia projects while waiting. I would recommend not pinging admins to your request, regardless of whether you continue to appeal now or wait for an SO request, as this gives the impression of WP:ADMINSHOPPING and is unnecessary: formal unblock requests are automatically added to a queue that is patrolled regularly by admins. Moreover, most admins who have previously blocked an editor or declined an unblock request are unwilling to review further requests as personal policy.
