User talk:22WHEROWelcome!Welcome to Wikipedia, 22WHERO! Thank you for your contributions. I am CambridgeBayWeather and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time, so if you have any questions feel free to leave me a message on my talk page. You can also check out Wikipedia:Questions or type {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
Also, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name using four tildes (~~~~); that will automatically produce your username and the date. I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 21:26, 31 May 2011 (UTC) October 2011Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia. However, talk pages are meant to be a record of a discussion; deleting or editing legitimate comments, as you did at Talk:CFB North Bay, is considered bad practice, even if you meant well. Even making spelling and grammatical corrections in others' comments is generally frowned upon, as it tends to irritate the users whose comments you are correcting. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. -- 李博杰 | —Talk contribs email 15:20, 12 October 2011 (UTC) TalkbackHello, 22WHERO. Hohum (talk) 15:19, 13 December 2011 (UTC) CFB North BayJust need to clarify a couple of things. You use "we" in your remarks. Does this mean that more than one person is editing from this account? If so the others need to have their own account as per Wikipedia:Username policy#Sharing accounts. Images might be a problem. If the images you add are all taken by you as one person then there is no problem uploading them at Commons. By the way if you log in here and then go to Commons you should be logged in to this account there. If you haven't taken all the pictures yourself then it's a little more awkward. You would then would need to go through the Open-source Ticket Request System and give permission to use the images. The same would apply if you uploaded the images here but on Commons they would be available to other language Wikipedias to use. I'm curious, does the IFSS CZNB share some of the facility? If so that should probably get a mention. Thanks for all the hard work on the article. CambridgeBayWeather (talk) 17:22, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
Moved from user page.Hi there! I have just started contributing photo's and info on Wiki and ran into Cambayweather who had contacted my on my Panoramio site! Quite a small world as I have been adding photo's of my arctic tours while conducting work for Transport Canada. I'm also an old Dewliner of 9 years and saw some of your talk with cambaywx so I thought I'd say hello. I will be adding photo's of pretty much the entire arctic but being an ex Dewliner I like to add photo's of the old sites or what's left of them. I also have lots of photo's of the Deifenbunker which I toured just recently. Fond memories came back to me of the old teletype machines, ticker tape machines etc. I'm wondering if you know of any wiki postings that post with the Dewline? Have a great day and hope to hear from you. TimKal Timkal (talk) 02:46, 21 April 2012 (UTC) Iraq videoThanks for your response. The article came up for deletion and was losing badly so I moved it back to my user space. Two felt it wasn't very notable and the delete votes just snow-balled for various other bad reasons. I still don't understand this as google searches turn up lots of hits referring to the press conference. I have emailed the US navy historical dept. and other sites but not received any response. Canadian bases could try a request for a copy for training purposes etc. I may email Cold Lake near me. I think it has great historical importance. It may be the first time a guided weapon video was widely shown to the public. The article is now at User:Canoe1967/The luckiest man in Iraq 2 if you wish to see it.--Canoe1967 (talk) 19:35, 9 July 2012 (UTC) May 2013Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to CFB North Bay may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "()"s. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.
Thanks, BracketBot (talk) 17:37, 10 May 2013 (UTC) CFB North BayGood day. I added the original research, primary sources and refimprove notices on CFB North Bay, which you promptly removed without providing an edit summary or contributing to the talk page. I am restoring the notices in the hope that you can discuss the state of the article. Thanks :) pm (talk) 14:24, 9 July 2013 (UTC)
ANIHello. Please participate in the current discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. Move to the Base's websiteIt appears that you may be an employee of the base. You should consider posting all or most of this article at the base's website. As written, it is not particularly compliant with Wikipedia guidelines and is likely to be heavily and substantially edited. Just a suggestion. Capitalismojo (talk) 22:59, 9 July 2013 (UTC) Hi 22WHERO (talk) Thank you for your message, but one caution is that personal information should not be left "in the clear", as you never know ... A safer means of contact is through email, but I do appreciate the contact and will keep the article in my watchlist and you can count on me for any assistance in content, formatting or line editing. FWiW Bzuk (talk) 19:56, 15 July 2013 (UTC) October 2015Welcome to Wikipedia. We welcome and appreciate your contributions, including your edits to North Bay, Ontario, but we cannot accept original research. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, and ideas—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. Thank you. John from Idegon (talk) 15:26, 6 October 2015 (UTC)

I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page. If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.
