Do not disrupt Wikipedia to make a point, as you did at Timeline of the Space Race and Space Age. Adding to article space what you know and agree to be WP:FRINGE material, that you agree should be removed from article space (all this per your own comments at WP:NPOVN), is disruptive. If you keep up your disruptive behaviour, you may be blocked from editing. TompaDompa (talk) 12:51, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@TompaDompa: Please don't misunderstand. It was the policy of WP:STATUSQUO that During a dispute discussion, you should not revert away from the status quo ante bellum until a consensus is established. Instead of reverting, insert an appropriate tag indicating the text is under discussion. If a dispute arises regarding which version is the status quo ante bellum then be the adult in the room and don't revert. Tag instead. The rationale was used by Ilenart626 to remove the FAQ templates as the discussion was ongoing. The status quo ante bellum of Timeline of the Space Race and Space Age appear to be this and this respectively.204.15.72.92 (talk) 12:56, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
WP:STATUSQUO is not a policy but an essay, and please stop WP:WikiLawyering. Adding material that you agree shouldn't be there is disruptive. Your line of reasoning above clearly demonstrates that it was meant to prove a point—that it was a tit-for-tat. Knock it off. TompaDompa (talk) 13:00, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. I accept my responsibility, despite presently having Chronic Covid Syndrome at the moment. However, I think that Ilenart626 should not be acting too rash by removing the FAQ template and instead offer his comments on the discussion first.
In fact because of the charged nature of the issue I had at one point considered asking uninvolved administrator to start an WP:RFC to solicit opinions across editors who're familiar with the subject. But fine, I'll head toward the FAQ compromise then.204.15.72.92 (talk) 13:07, 10 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
