Nomoskedasticity (talk) 09:02, 7 March 2013 (UTC) Use one accountHello -- I notice that the talk page for Amiram Goldblum was edited yesterday by User:Rastiniak. I assume this is you. You should be aware of WP:SOCK -- and the gist of it is that you must not use two different accounts, certainly not without acknowledging that they are both yours. I'm not sure why you created the new one; in any event, I strongly advise you to use only one from this point on. If you continue to use both, it is likely that both of them will end up blocked -- one permanently, the other temporarily. I'm posting here in the mode of constructive advice, in part to prevent a situation where someone else posts in a more hostile mode. Regards, —Nomoskedasticity (talk) 05:56, 8 March 2013 (UTC)
get advise from you, sorry for taking your time... רסטיניאק (talk) 19:53, 8 March 2013 (UTC)rastiniak
It's also a good identify to cross identify accounts; I've done that for you at User:Rastiniak but you can edit that however you want; a list of templates for doing this is at Category:Alternative Wikipedia account templates NE Ent 13:19, 23 May 2013 (UTC)
rastiniak multiple accounts needs to be correctedrastiniak has two accounts, one in english and one in hebrew. i now see that he has been investigated for sock puppetry. i propose that one of the accounts be deleted (makes no difference which), but that all material from that account's talk page be moved to the remaining account's talk page. (i assume that both are his and not a real sock puppet, yes?) relevant pages: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Sockpuppet_investigations/Rastiniak/Archive http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:%D7%A8%D7%A1%D7%98%D7%99%D7%A0%D7%99%D7%90%D7%A7 rastiniak - you have first right to take care of this. please proceed. thanks. Don't ever use the other account again. Ever. When you abandon it you do nothing, ergo abandon. You never log into that account again. You can follow this link to learn more and although it isn't used much you can also put this template on the old user page.
Your latest revert on Goldblum is fine. But please make sure you understand WP:1RR for that article. If you revert on that more than once in a 24-hour period, someone will likely ask that you be blocked, and that request would likely be successful (though in the first instance it would only be for ~24 hours). —Nomoskedasticity (talk) 15:07, 12 April 2013 (UTC)
Apparently you two have a content dispute. I'm assuming that you've already requested a WP:3O and the next rational step for you would be to try and figure it out at the dispute resolution noticeboard. I wish you the best of luck in coming to an agreement; unfortunately, no-one is going to edit the article for either one of you until the dispute has been resolved. Happy editing! Redacting your contributions to talk pagesOnce someone has responded to a comment you make at an article talk page, you can't delete it, per WP:REDACT. However, to show that you withdraw a comment that you regret making, you can "strike" it, placing the following code at the beginning and end: < s> and < /s> -- but omit the spaces, so that you get
Notice of Conflict of interest noticeboard discussionHello. This message is being sent to inform you that there is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident in which you may be involved. Thank you. Please self-revert your ad hominem and discriminatory edit on COINYour last edit on WP:COIN is a clear violation of WP:NPA. Not to mention that the suggestion that one's (alleged) religious observance reflects a particular political perspective is highly offensive. Please self-revert. May 2013This is your only warning; if you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory content into an article or any other Wikipedia page again, as you did at Elie Wiesel, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. At [1] you wrote that "Wiesel expressed anti-muslim opinions", whereas the cited source makes no such assessment of the opinions expressed by Wiesel. Sandstein 21:07, 30 May 2013 (UTC)
Arbitration enforcement warning: WP:ARBPIAThe Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose discretionary sanctions (information on which is at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions) on any editor who is active on pages broadly related to the Arab-Israeli conflict. Discretionary sanctions can be used against an editor who repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, satisfy any standard of behavior, or follow any normal editorial process. If you continue to misconduct yourself on pages relating to this topic, you may be placed under sanctions, which can include blocks, a revert limitation, or an article ban. The Committee's full decision can be read at the "Final decision" section of the decision page. Please familiarise yourself with the information page at Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Discretionary sanctions, with the appropriate sections of Wikipedia:Arbitration Committee/Procedures, and with the case decision page before making any further edits to the pages in question. This notice is given by an uninvolved administrator and will be logged on the case decision, pursuant to the conditions of the Arbitration Committee's discretionary sanctions system. This warning concerns your generally aggressive style of editing in this topic area, particularly with regard to WP:BLP (see the warning above) and your general pattern of editing in which you appear to favor the position of only one side in the conflict; such behavior, taken as a whole, violates WP:NPOV. If you continue to edit in this vein, you will likely be prohibited from editing anything in this topic area. Sandstein 21:11, 30 May 2013 (UTC) To Sandstein, I assume that when you wrote "you appear to favor the position of only one side in the conflict" you meant that my opinions are opposed to those of the right wing in Israel. That may be correct although on many issues I find myself siding with the right wing than with many on the left. I regard myself as left wing Zionist, which I have always been and probably will not change...Even though I clearly favor one side, I strictly follow WP guidelines in my edits of articles (see |Amir Peretz, and |Yair Lapid and |Anonymous and |Jewish underground and requests for citations on the Steven Plaut article. Where is the aggressive style ? If you do not find it, please consider erasing that accusation. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Nitsana Darshan-Leitner, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Kach. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.) It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:36, 19 February 2021 (UTC) Nitsana Darshan-Leitner articleThis is a standard message to notify contributors about an administrative ruling in effect. It does not imply that there are any issues with your contributions to date. You have shown interest in the Arab–Israeli conflict. Due to past disruption in this topic area, a more stringent set of rules called discretionary sanctions is in effect. Any administrator may impose sanctions on editors who do not strictly follow Wikipedia's policies, or the page-specific restrictions, when making edits related to the topic. For additional information, please see the guidance on discretionary sanctions and the Arbitration Committee's decision here. If you have any questions, or any doubts regarding what edits are appropriate, you are welcome to discuss them with me or any other editor. Arbpia rules mean you need tenure and minimum number of edits (500) in order to edit pages related to the Israel Palestine conflict- so you can't edit that article yet. Thank you for your attention.
