Charles "Trey" Mitchell III (born July 16, 1993) is a professional strongman from Lumberton, Texas. He is most notable for winning the Shaw Classic strongman championship two consecutive times in 2021 and 2022.[1][2]
Mitchell was born on July 16, 1993, and started strength training for football at high school.[3] He then entered his first strength contest in Houston in 2012[3] and gradually excelled in the sport, winning the America's Strongest Man in Long Beach, California in 2018.[3]
