Not sure why Norton was included with Wayne County, so I have removed any phrases or charts that said so. I believe it was done with good faith, but unless there's a small section that sneaks into county territory (which I haven't seen while looking at the Wayne County map), I don't think we should include them with Wayne County. It was included because part of the city is in Wayne County, according to Census Bureau sources shown in the Geography section of the city's article.
