No need for refugee definition on template
There is a link to the article on Palestinian refugees in the template and thus there is no need to add the definition to the bottom of the template. It just seems unnecessary. The official definition is at the start of the Palestinian refugees article for those that are interested. --Abnn00:34, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Also, it is unclear why Humus sapiens means when he wrote in his edit summary that "we don't want to mislead our readers, do we?". I suggest that Humus sapiens read WP:AGF and realize that it is inappropriate to accuse others of such things. Such accusations only serve to poison the editing atmosphere here at Wikipedia. --Abnn00:36, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
As you might know, the definition of Palestinian refugee is unique, and a good encyclopedia should make clear who is being counted, instead of simply listing numbers. This is what I meant. Regrettably, you assumed that my comment is a violation of AGF. Please remember that it goes both ways. ←Humus sapiensну?01:25, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Humus sapiens, I am aware of the definition, and I think that it is a very powerful description of their origin, but I don't think it is really necessary. But in all, I don't see the harm in it besides cluttering up the template a bit. --Abnn01:30, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The spacing was screwed up so I replaced the <ref></ref> notable with just a simple inline link. It makes it nicer to read and easier for users to click on the source as there is no references section that expands out the reference you used. --Abnn01:32, 22 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
