Subaru Telescope
@Randy Kryn: The Subaru Telescope participated in the New Horizons KBO Search; it was listed as a major partner on the New Horizons team page, and the only telescope listed, prompting its inclusion. Here's some sources –
From Sky & Telescope, "..primarily using the 8.2 meter Subaru Telescope in Hawaii and the 6.5 meter Magellan Telescopes in Chile."
@Fotaun: I'm still unsure why you're persistent in including articles about the Atlas V in this navbox, when {{Atlas rockets}} handles wikilinks to the Atlas rockets and their components perfectly well. It would be silly, in my opinion, to throw the navboxes of every single mission that has used the Atlas V, Centaur, and Star 48 boosters, and every mission that has launched from SLC-41 onto their respective articles; it'd be a mess and counter-intuitive to the point of a navigational box. – PhilipTerryGraham (talk·articles·reviews) 18:58, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
PTG, i must say i truly respect and have enjoyed your work on templates (and articles), however I do see launch vehicles as for the most part, fundamental and integral to most space missions. In the case of New Horizon's it is especially relevant, as the 3rd stage is also on a derelict path out out of the solar system, and the NH launch stack achieved the highest launch velocity away from the Earth at this time. I hope that makes my reasoning more clear, thank you and cheers. Fotaun (talk) 20:13, 22 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
