Shouldn't the N-roads in the Netherlands also be included in this template? It feels wrong to just leave them out. You could argue that there aren't enough articles made about dutch N-roads, but currently there are nine (see [[Category:Motorways in the Netherlands]]) and listing the N-roads without articles might encourage users to make articles about these roads as well.
