just wondering how hallowell is considered a city with a population under 3,000, gardiner too...I think winslow has a bigger population than both of them
I don't know why they are either, but that's what the state government classifies them as, so that's the way it goes. Maine classifies cities and towns differently from the way most other states do, so if you're not from New England, it might seem odd. Nyttend (talk) 21:04, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
