I'm proposing that the image be remove -- the template is called "Heinrich Himmler"; I don't believe it's necessary to include the image as well. I always thought they should be kept, helps id. the subject matter; but, with that said, I don't feel strongly about it being kept for this person. For organizations or a group subject matter such as tanks/AFV's of a country during a time frame, I do believe they should be kept.
