I am wondering why a link to the High Court of Australia is included in this template, and in most (but not all) of its equivalent templates relating to the various states and the NT. The High Court is not a territory court. It is a Federal Supreme Court established under the federal constitution, and is funded and administered solely by the federal government. It is true that it is possible to appeal from the Supreme Court to the High Court, but it is also possible to appeal from a territory court to the Federal Court. I would therefore suggest that the link to the High Court be removed from this template.
