Template talk:Gadsden County, Florida
Cities and TownsHere are the major population centers of Gadsden County, FL, along with the latest population figures (and dates) given in the Wikipedia articles: Quincy - 6,975 (2004) Town, per the article, is usually in the "few hundred to several thousand" range, but can be much larger. Havana, Gretna, Midway, and Greensboro all fit that definition. Cities are larger than towns, and Quincy and Chattahoochee fit that idea. The local unincorporated communities have no populations listed, but may be expected to have small populations in comparison to any of those listed above. I will now revise the template and the articles to match. Please do not change these modifications unless you have some supporting logic. Tim Ross (talk) 13:37, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
I'm afraid, Nyttend, that you have failed to provide any source showing that the "official legal status" of either Gretna or Midway is "city". Without such a source, the conventions I have noted above should be followed. I will give you a chance to respond before reverting anything. Tim Ross (talk) 16:19, 18 October 2009 (UTC)
