For anybody who is watching this page, is there any opinion as to if this template should include closed facilities or not? If so, we're missing quite a few (see List of United States federal prisons) and I can go ahead and update it, otherwise we should remove the ones on there. Alternatively, we could make a whole new section for closed facilities. Thoughts?
