Spring Creek Colony is a census-designated place (CDP) and Hutterite colony[ 4] in McPherson County , South Dakota , United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census .[ 2] The CDP had a population of 229 at the 2020 census .[ 5]
It is in the northeast part of the county, 17 miles (27 km) by road north-northeast of Leola , the county seat . The closest community is Forbes, North Dakota , 6 miles (10 km) to the northeast.
