Shukra[1][2] is a Telugu-languageaction thriller film, directed by Suku Purvaj/Poorvaaj, and produced by Padmanabha Reddy and Teja Palle under the banners of Vizag Film Factory, Rujala Entertainments, and Vedaa Studios. The film stars Arvind Krishna, Srijita Ghosh, in the lead roles, with a supporting cast, Vishal Bhargav, Sanjeev Raai and others
Plot
In the city of Vizag, a notorious mafia gang called "Thugs" commits a series of heinous crimes, targeting wealthy families and looting them. Amidst this crime-ridden atmosphere, William, also known as Willi (Arvind Krishna), moves to Vizag with his wife. Willi is a businessman who runs his own company, while his beautiful wife, Ria (Srijita Ghosh), desires more time and attention from him.
After their move to Vizag, the couple finally finds some privacy, and Ria wishes for Willi to spend more time with her. For her birthday, she requests a house party, inviting her close friends to celebrate at their home. However, on the night of the party, a shocking incident unfolds, where Ria and two others are murdered.
The story unravels as Willi sets out to uncover who committed these murders, the reasons behind them, and how he ultimately seeks justice for his wife and friends.
The film is directed by Suku Purvaj/Poorvaaj,[3] and the cinematography is handled by Jagadeesh Bommisetti,[4] while the editing is done by Shiva Sarvani. The music for the film is composed by Ashirvad, with lyrics penned by Gowri Sankar Nadipalli. Costume design is credited to Kamaal H Khan, and Venkata Siva Kumar Kaku contributed as the Associate Dialogue Writer.
