Saqqara ostraconThe Saqqara ostracon is an ostracon, an Egyptian antiquity tracing to the period of Djoser (2650 BC).[1] ExcavationIt was excavated in or near 1925[1] in Djoser's Pyramid in Saqqara, Egypt.[2] DescriptionIt is an apparently complete flake made of limestone. It is 15 × 17.5 × 5 cm.[1] In a few places, small portions of the surface seem to have been scaled away.
