Sadwal
Sadwal is a village located about 12 kilometres (7.5 mi) from Tehsil and District Headquarter Chakwal in Punjab, Pakistan, and approximately 3km from the nearby town of Bhoun.[1] It is one of the oldest villages of Chakwal Tehsil, with a population of around 18,000 people, comprising . There are more than 7000 votes in Sadwal, comprising 2,500 to 3,000 households, and over 7,000 registered voters. .The village is home to three prominent mosques: Paki Masjid, Ghousia Masjid, and Masjid Bilal. Sadwal is located in southern side of Chakwal . It is bordered by Janga and Mohra to the east and Bhoun road to the west. There are two Janazagah (funeral grounds )in village Sadwal 1) Lower Janazagah. 2)Upper Janazagah. There are playgrounds in Sadwal where the Youngster’s of Sadwal play sports like Cricket, Football,Volleyball.But the Volleyball is most like by the Youngster’s. Several residents of sadwal have moved to big cities like Islamabad and Rawalpindi for better educational and work opportunities. The village has a variety of shops, including grocery stores, plumbing and electrical supply shops, as well as barbershops.
The majority of the residents are involved in agriculture, while many work abroad, particularly in Gulf countries, Europe, and a significant number in Hong Kong. The village is well-equipped with a high school for both boys and girls, a government dispensary, a post office, and a bank branch. The residents of Sadwal primarily speak Punjabi and Urdu, while English is also spoken among fractions of the population. Educational institutions
