Ruseinėliai is a village in Kėdainiai district municipality, in Kaunas County, in central Lithuania. According to the 2011 census, the village was uninhabited.[1] It is located 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) from Pilsupiai, by the Smilgaitis river, nearby the Josvainiai Forest.
