^This Japan-only release is slightly different from the subsequent internationally-released compilation, featuring a different cover and track listing. The later-released compilation was also released in Japan.
^This EP, also known by its lead track "Kill the King", originally peaked at number 44 in 1977 on the UK Singles Chart. However, upon reissue in July 1981, it peaked at number 41.
