Qaleh-ye Asgar Rural District (Persian: دهستان قلعه عسگر) is in Lalehzar District of Bardsir County, Kerman province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Qaleh-ye Askar.[4]

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 3,930 in 938 households.[5] There were 3,144 inhabitants in 961 households at the following census of 2011.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 5,739 in 1,911 households. The most populous of its 83 villages was Kharmandeh, with 799 people.[2]
