PhotoScape is a graphics editing program , developed by MOOII Tech, Korea . The basic concept of PhotoScape is 'easy and fun', allowing users to easily edit photographs taken from their digital cameras or even mobile phones. PhotoScape provides a simple user interface to perform common photo enhancements including color adjustment, cutting, resizing, printing and GIF animation.[ 1] [ 2] Microsoft Windows and Mac and is available on Linux systems as a Snap package.[ 3] [citation needed
Version 3.7 is the current stable release for Windows XP, 7, Vista, or 8. The current version Photoscape X is for Windows 10 and macOS 10.12 or later, with a pro version available for a fee. Older versions are still available for Windows 98 or ME users. It is distributed free of charge for all users, including commercial bodies.[citation needed
