Perry Township, Clinton County, Indiana
Perry Township is one of fourteen townships in Clinton County, Indiana. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,494 (up from 1,459 at 2010[4]) and it contained 596 housing units. The township was named for Oliver Hazard Perry, an American naval officer in the War of 1812.[5] HistoryThe first white settler to arrive in what would become Perry Township was Elijah Rogers who erected a log cabin in 1827.
