Patchogue-Medford School District
Patchogue-Medford Public Schools is a public school district on Long Island, New York, that covers approximately 16.0 square miles (41 km2) in the southern part of the Town of Brookhaven in Suffolk County. It is composed of the villages and hamlets of Patchogue, Medford, East Patchogue, North Patchogue, Hagerman and parts of Holtsville, Coram and Holbrook, New York. TransportationThe Patchogue-Medford School District owns 110 Large buses but only operates 90, they only serve Patchogue-Medford High School, Saxton Middle School, Barton and Eagle Elementary schools, the other schools contract with Montauk Bus LLC, Student transport is provided to High school students living more 1-1/2 miles away from school. Mini bus Transport is provided by Towne Bus Corp. ("We Transport Inc.") and is for students with Special needs or living out of the School District's legal boundaries. References
