Sub-region in Northern Ostrobothnia, Finland
Oulu sub-region is a subdivision of Northern Ostrobothnia and one of the sub-regions of Finland since 2009. The Oulu region has a population of 264,143, making it the fourth largest region in Finland after Helsinki, Tampere and Turku.[1]
