Mesogobius is a genus of Gobiidae, native to the basins of the Black and Caspian Seas.

• Mesogobius batrachocephalus (Pallas, 1814) (Knout goby)
• Mesogobius nigronotatus (Kessler, 1877) (? = M. nonultimus)[2]
• Mesogobius nonultimus (Iljin, 1936)
