Martin Frýdek (born 9 March 1969 in Hradec Králové) is a Czech football coach and former player who played as midfielder. He last managed Czech Fourth Division club Český Brod.

Frýdek was a participant in the 1996 UEFA European Championship, where the Czech Republic won the silver medal.[1][better source needed] He also represented his country at the 1997 FIFA Confederations Cup in Saudi Arabia, playing one match.[2][better source needed]

Frýdek joined Vlašim as manager in summer 2012.[when?][3] He left his position in April 2013, with the club five points above the relegation zone; he was replaced by former teammate Michal Horňák.[4] In June 2016 Frýdek joined Loko Vltavín, he left after four years.[5]
