Mara Alber
Mara Alber (born 6 September 2005) is a German footballer who plays as a midfielder for Frauen-Bundesliga club TSG Hoffenheim.[1] CareerAlber started playing football at the local multi-sports club TGV Dürrenzimmern. She then spent a year playing for TSG Hoffenheim's under-15s youth team before joining VfB Eppingen for three years. Afterwards, she spent a season each at FC Astoria Walldorf and SpVgg Neckarelz. At the age of 15, Alber was signed by TSG Hoffenheim, for whose second team she would play from 2021 until 2023 in the 2. Bundesliga.[2] Three weeks before her 16th birthday, she made her senior debut in a 4-1 home win over SV Henstedt-Ulzburg on the first matchday and scored a brace.[3] The German finished her debut season with seven goals in 18 appearances and repeated the exact same statistics the following year.[4] Alber made her Bundesliga debut for the first team in April 2022 during a 3-0 away win over Bayer Leverkusen, coming on as a late substitute.[5][6] She played six Bundesliga games for the club the 2022–23 season.
