L. virgula is a Western Palaearctic species known from Belgium, Belarus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Norway, Slovakia, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom.[5]
