Leucania roseilinea
Leucania roseilinea, the grain army worm,[1] is a moth of the family Noctuidae. The species was first described by Francis Walker in 1862.[2] It is found in Sri Lanka,[3] Myanmar, Sundaland, the Philippines to New Guinea.[4] Forewings brownish with a pale spot at the discal end. Brown mark on forewing below the postmedial costa. Indistinct dark brown marks on the veins on hindwing margin. Larval host plant is Oryza.[5] References
