Kuru is a village in the Kuru CD block in the Lohardaga Sadar subdivision of the Lohardaga district in the Indian state of Jharkhand. It has facilities for teaching in classes IX and X. The school has a library with 1,861 books.[6] Gandhi Memorial High School Maradi is a Hindi-medium coeducational institution established at Maradih in 1964.
