Khelejan (Persian : خلجان )[ a] was a village in, and the former capital of, Sard-e Sahra Rural District of the Central District of Tabriz County , East Azerbaijan province, Iran .[ 4]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 6,354 in 1,679 households.[ 5] The following census in 2011 counted 6,365 people in 1,892 households.[ 2] Khelejan did not appear in the 2016 census.[ 6]
