Jaden Mangham
Jaden Mangham is an American football safety for the Michigan Wolverines. He previously played for the Michigan State Spartans. Early life and high schoolMangham attended Wylie E. Groves High School in Beverly Hills, Michigan, where he had 25 receptions for 450 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior.[1] He was rated as a four-star recruit and the 7th best prospect in the state of Michigan in the class of 2022.[2] Mangham received 36 college offers and committed to play college football at Michigan State University over offers Alabama, Michigan, Notre Dame, Penn State, Florida State, Miami, and Oregon.[1] College careerMichigan StateAs a freshman in 2022, Mangham notched 20 tackles in eight games.[3] In 2023, he started 10 games, recording 53 tackles, one for a loss, seven pass deflections, four interceptions and a fumble recovery, earning honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference honors.[3] After the season, Mangham entered the NCAA transfer portal.[3] MichiganOn May 17, 2024, Mangham transferred to the University of Michigan.[4] Personal lifeHe is the younger brother of running back Jaren Mangham, who previously played at Colorado, South Florida, Michigan State, and is currently at Minnesota.[5][6] References
