Village in Lublin Voivodeship, Poland
Hostynne [xɔsˈtɨnnɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Werbkowice, within Hrubieszów County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) west of Werbkowice, 15 km (9 mi) south-west of Hrubieszów, and 97 km (60 mi) south-east of the regional capital Lublin.
From 1920 to 1935, Hostynne was the locus for aid activities by Jane Pontefract Ada Jordan, Sydney and Joyce Loch, and other British Quakers.[1]
