Hiram Higley (March 5, 1804 โ January 8, 1860) was an American politician who served one term in the Michigan House of Representatives in its first session after being established.
In 1853, he moved to Leipsic, Ohio, and died there on January 8, 1860.[3][4]
Notes
^Bingham 1888, p. 342, gives March 5 as Higley's birth date. Johnson 1896, p. 687, gives September 30. Stiles 1891, p. 391, specifies that September 30 is the date of his baptism, rather than birth; his brother Job was baptized six months after birth.
