Village in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Iran
Gerd-e Kuchak (Persian : گردكوچك )[ a] is a village in, and the capital of, Bahmai-ye Garmsiri-ye Shomali Rural District of Mombi District , Bahmai County , Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran .[ 4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Qaleh Mombi ,[ 5] now a city.[ 6]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 472 in 83 households, when it was in Bahmai-ye Garmsiri District .[ 7] [ b] The following census in 2011 counted 568 people in 130 households.[ 8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 593 people in 159 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[ 2]
After the census, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Mombi District.[ 4]
