Township in Indiana, United States
Franklin Township is one of eleven townships in Montgomery County, Indiana , United States. As of the 2020 census, its population was 1,765 (down from 1,915 at 2010[ 3] ) and it contained 749 housing units.[ 2]
Franklin Township was established in 1831.[ 4]
History
Darlington Covered Bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1990.[ 5]

According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 38.93 square miles (100.8 km2 ), all land.[ 3]
