As a true freshman at Diablo Valley in 2017, Luciano was named first-team All-Bay 6 League.[3] He sat out the 2018 season and transferred to play for the Washington Huskies.[3] He had been ranked as the top junior collegeoffensive guard nationally by ESPN and the 25th-best player overall by Rivals.com.[3] In the 2019 season at Washington, he played the first six games and alternated at various positions, going from offensive tackle to center, center to tight end, and then from tight end back to tackle.[4] In 2020, he played all four games at right tackle.[5] Luciano played in all 12 games in 2021.[3] As a senior in 2022, he played and started all 13 games at center and was named honorable mention All-Pac-12 Conference, receiving conference offensive lineman of the week honors after their game against the Oregon Ducks.[6][7] He was given the Earle T. Giant Tough Husky Award and finished his collegiate career having played 35 games.[7][8]
On July 24, 2024, Luciano signed with the Las Vegas Raiders.[17] He was waived/injured on August 27, after suffering an ankle injury in the preseason.[18]
