Catherine E. Falvey
Maj. Catherine Elizabeth Falvey (November 6, 1910 – February 6, 1965) was an American attorney and Democratic politician from Somerville, Massachusetts.[1] She represented the 24th Middlesex district in the Massachusetts House of Representatives from 1941 to 1944.[1] From 1942–46, she served in the Women's Army Corps and retired as a major.[2] In 1946, she unsuccessfully ran for Congress in the Democratic primary for Massachusetts's 11th congressional district, losing to future president John F.
