Auguste Jacques Nicolas Peureux de Mélay
Auguste Jacques Nicolas Peureux de Mélay was governor-general for Inde française in the Second French Colonial Empire. In 1818, he captained a flotilla leaving Saint Louis, Senegal for the upper Senegal river.
