Alheira e Igreja Nova is a civil parish in the municipality of Barcelos, Portugal. It was formed in 2013 by the merger of the former parishes Alheira and Igreja Nova.^[1] The population in 2011 was 1,456,^[2] in an area of 10.17 km².^[3]
