Adrián Kaprálik (born 10 June 2002) is a Slovak professional footballer who plays as a forward for Slovak First Football League club Žilina.
Club career
Kaprálik made his Fortuna Liga debut for Žilina in a home fixture against Spartak Trnava on 14 June 2020.[citation needed]He came on as a second-half replacement for Patrik Iľko, when Žilina led by a single goal, following strikes by Dávid Ďuriš and Ján Bernát. The scoresheet remained unchanged and Žilina took the 2–1 victory. He scored his first league goal in a 4–2 win over AS Trenčín.[1][better source needed]
On 15 August 2023, after making six appearances and scoring thrice across all competitions at the start of the 2023–24 campaign, Kaprálik joined Polish Ekstraklasa side Górnik Zabrze on a year loan.[2] He scored a late league goal against Ruch Chorzów which ended in a 2–1 victory for Górnik Zabrze.[3] He returned to Žilina at the conclusion of the 2023–24 season.[4]
International career
On 17 November 2022, Kaprálik received his first call-up to the Slovak senior squad for two friendly matches against Montenegro and Chile.[5] He debuted in the latter match on 20 November, coming as a substitute in the 89th minute to replace Tomáš Suslov which ended in a goalless draw.[6]
