2024–25 North Texas Mean Green women's basketball team American college basketball season
The 2024–25 North Texas Mean Green women's basketball team represents the University of North Texas during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I women's basketball season . The Mean Green, led by second-year head coach Jason Burton, play their home games at the UNT Coliseum in Denton, Texas as second-year members of the American Athletic Conference .
Previous season
The Mean Green finished the 2023–24 season 23–9, 13–5 in AAC play to finish in a tie a three-way tie for first place.[ 1] They were upset by #10 seed Rice in the quarterfinals of the AAC tournament .[ 2] They received an at-large bid to the WBIT ,[ 3] where they would be defeated by TCU in the first round.[ 4]
