The 2024–25 Hong Kong Third Division League is the 11th season of Hong Kong Third Division since it became the fourth-tier football league in Hong Kong in 2014–15.[2] The season began on 1 September 2024.

New this season, the table will be split into two groups of eight teach: one championship group and one relegation group after a single round-bin has been played.
