2023 New Mexico Lobos football team American college football season
The 2023 New Mexico Lobos football team represented the University of New Mexico as a member of the Mountain West Conference during the 2023 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Lobos were led by Danny Gonzales in his fourth year as New Mexico's head coach. They played their home games at University Stadium in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The Lobos drew an average home attendance of 15,982 in 2023.
Gonzales was fired following the conclusion of the season. He finished his tenure at New Mexico with a record of 11–32.[1]
