The 2007–08 season was the 17th season of competitive association football in Ukraine since dissolution of the Soviet Union.

  2. ^ MFK Mykolaiv informed the PFL season on 26 June 2008 that the City Administration of Mykolaiv will not be financing the team in the 2008/09 season. On 1 July 2008 the team was dissolved. On 17 July 2008 the club reapplies to the PFL and are readmitted into Druha Liha Group A for the 2008-09 season.
  3. ^ Prykarpattia Ivano-Frankivsk remains in the Persha Liha after MFK Mykolaiv dissolved and relegated.
