The Junior women's race at the 1999 IAAF World Cross Country Championships was held at the Barnett Demesne /Queen’s University Playing Fields in Belfast , Northern Ireland , United Kingdom , on March 27, 1999. Complete results for individuals,[ 5] [ 6] [ 7] for junior women's teams,[ 5] [ 8] [ 9] medallists,[ 10] and the results of British athletes who took part[ 11] were published.
