1977 South American Championships in Athletics – Results

These are the results of the 1977 South American Championships in Athletics which took place at the Pista del Parque Batlle y Ordoñez (today Pista de Atletismo Darwin Piñeyrúa) in Montevideo, Uruguay, on 4, 5 and 6 November.[1]
