American college football season
The 1951 Lawrence Vikings football team was an American football team that represented Lawrence University as a member of the Midwest Conference (MWC) during the 1951 college football season. In their 14th year under head coach Bernie Heselton, the Vikings compiled a perfect 7–0 record (7–0 in conference games), won the MWC championship, and outscored all opponents by a total of 145 to 39.[1] Lawrence played home games at Whiting Field in Appleton, Wisconsin.
